Ego Avatar Live-Streaming

Role

As the product design lead for ego I owned the entire development cycle for all our products and MVPs. I worked closely with the CEO and CTO to determine our roadmap and feature prioritization then lead a team of artists and developers to execute on our vision. In addition to managing and leading I was also very hands on with building the product. My work in included conducting user research, mapping out user flows, sitemaps and storyboards, defining our design system, creating and implementing user interfaces as well as directing the design of the avatars and our brand identity.
